  • Only registrations accompanied by full payment will be considered. Registration will be confirmed after we receive the payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, please contact the registration secretariat at registration@wlnc.org
  • The date of payment is crucial for determining the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or late deadline, it will not be considered as early or late registration if the payment is not received before the deadlines.

* To eligible for physician in training / resident / technologist / nurse rates, participants must provide documentary evidence of their status, such as a copy of their work ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead. Without these documents, regular fees will apply.
** The Industry Member registration type is only valid for company representatives from WLNC & iCure Stroke 2024 sponsor companies.

Registration Fees include:

  • Participation to all scientific sessions & learning labs for 4 days
  • Entry to the Exhibition Hall
  • Conference documents
  • Coffee breaks & Lunches to be served during the Scientific Program

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the WLNC & iCure Stroke 2024 Joint Meeting Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by e-mail to registration@wlnc.org

An administrative fee of USD 100 will be applied for any cancellation received before or on January 31, 2024.
Cancellations received between or on February 01- April 06, 2024: Eligible for 50% refund.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after April 07, 2024

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WLNC & iCure Stroke 2024 Joint Meeting, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

* %20 VAT will be added to the above-mentioned fees.

Participants of the WLNC-iCure Stroke will receive a discount of 20% to register to the European Course in Interventional Neuroradiology, 3rd Cycle Module 2. In case you have already registered European Course in Interventional Neuroradiology, 3rd Cycle Module 2, you will recieve a discount of 20% to register to the WLNC-iCure Stroke Joint Meeting. Please write to registration@wlnc.org in order to receive your discount code.
